Neil Greentree Managing Director - The Greentree Group of Companies

Neil Greentree has been a part of the team for over 25 years, starting as a Saturday Boy in the early eighties, he served in the service team for 10 years before learning the art of selling within the business. in 1994 Neil was given the chance to run the company and was key to creating the dynamic multi activity leisure dealership you now see. He is very highly respected in the caravan industry being one of the longest serving professionals in the UK caravan industry. His advice is sort by many including the Police on caravan safety matters. He has also starred on TV in Ruth Badgers documentary on successful businesses.
Neils time is now spent split between the the six companies within the group: Greentrees Adventurestore, Quayside Windsurfers, HireMe Leisure Hire, Performance Event Cars, QSW Distribution and Greentree Properties.

Marc Jordan Sales Team Leader

Marc has been with us since 2002 and has gained his experience with our accessory shop before moving to the Sales Team in 2006. His reliable and efficient way of working earns him many customers and his success at the national caravan shows has earned him respect in the business.
Since Paul is leaving, Marc has now been promoted to sales team leader we wish him the best in his new and challenging role.

Nathan Dack 'Vern' Sales Team

Nathan is the life and soul of the Greentree Sales Team. He is also known as Vern (his nickname) and is the company joker. After working for 3 years in our workshop as a Technician he moved into Sales in 2005.The annual Greentree Owners Rally is organised by Nathan and his happy approach to dealing with his customers ensures they go back to him time and time again.

Ron Seager Sales Team

Ron has many years experience in selling cars in the Norfolk area. He has chosen to join our team because he loved the friendly, family style of selling we have at Greentrees. Being in his late fifties, Ron really adds the steady head to our sales team and he is quickly gaining many friends and customers.

Denis Kemp The Greentree Group Retail Manager

Denis has plenty of experience in retail working for 20 years in supermarket management. Denis is a keen caravanner himself so his knowledge is first rate. He has headed our Accessory shop team since 2006 and his expertise means we always have the products you want to buy, at the time you want to buy them!
Denis is a very keen caravanner so you may well see him and his wife out and about around Norfolk. His time is spent managing the retail concerns of the business within The Greentree Group, although he loves getting involved with the things at the counter!

Nikki Ford Quayside Windsurfers Manager/ Online Retail Manager / HireMe Advisor

Nikki joined us early in 2008 and brings with her a wealth of retail experience gained in the UK, Canada and America. Nikki has also ran a Restaurant and Bar while in America and worked as a Sports Therapist in the UK.
My main role is managing the Quayside Windsurfers retail store and all Greentree Group websites, which means that we can assure you the best, most up to date service and advice in the UK.
Nikki also helps with our HireMe caravan and motorhome rental operation.

Liz Dodd Accounts

Liz has worked for Greentrees Adventurestore since 2006 in our accounts team. Over time her expertise and commitment has earned many friends, and she now works directly under Greentrees Adventurestore Chartered Accountants Aston Shaw helping run our accounts for all the Greentree Group companies.

Geraldine Ford Accounts, Accessory Shop and Hire Administrator

Geraldine joined us on a temporary basis in June 2009 and is now with us full time. She works in the Accounts Office, the Accessory Shop and handles the administrative work for our Hire fleet. If you wish to hire a Motor home or Caravan contact Geraldine to discuss your requirements.

Linda Rider Aftersales Team Leader

Linda heads our Customer Care Team. She controls the service centre, oversees Abbie in the parts department, and handles the more complicated Aftersales cases and concerns. Linda is a great communicator and our customers find her very reliable and honest and you can be sure she will do her best to solve any issues our customers may experience.

Abbie is a well educated, well organised young lady who deals with the enquiring, ordering, returning and managing of parts. She also works 1 in 3 weekends on Service Reception.

Sally joined the Greentrees team in June 2009, having moved to Norfolk earlier in the year from Nottingham. With a history in Sales she has proved a real asset to our service team where she handles the day to day service bookings and general enquiries.

Doug Gravestock Workshop Team Leader/ Quality Control

Doug has a rich history in working in the aviation industry, so his no Compromise approach to the work that is done within the workshop is essential. He is qualified in many things but his best quality is his impeccable attention to detail.

Shaun Farrow Senior Mobile Service Technician

Shaun has been with Greentrees since 2004 and gained a great knowledge in leisure vehicle repairs. Shaun is very capable and now works in the field servicing and repairing customer vehicles on site. He is fully qualified in Gas systems, City & Guilds, electrical systems and his experience has meant he is our first choice Technician to head our Masterserve mobile van service.

Anthony Thompson Technician

Anthony is one of our experienced Technicians, qualified in Gas work, Electrical systems, Alarm systems, and Phantom tracker systems just to name a few. His attention to detail has earned him many friends amongst our customers.

Mitchell Froom Technician

Mitchell bowled us over with his enthusiasm when he joined us for his work experience week in 2008. The Greentree management team wasted no time in offering him an apprenticeship in our service centre. His talents also extend to agricultural equipment which Mitchell has a great knowledge of. Employee of the year 2009.

Lee Searle Workshop Team

Lee joined us in 2005 coming from a background of car body repairs for several high profile bodyshops. He has gained qualifications in Gas Systems and City & Guilds and is a very versatile Technician being able to turn his hand to most problems we give him.

Dan Gravestock Workshop Technician

Justyn Greentree Director / Bodyshop Team

Justyn is a Director of Greentrees with over 17 years experience in caravan/motorhome service and repair. He started as a apprentice Technician and he soon gained the experience and he now has one of the best overall technical brains in the UK today. His expertise is now used in our bodyshop team of three technicians who are now the largest dedicated caravan / motorhome body repairers in the East of England.

Interests:

Caravanning (Swift Charisma 220 2009), Formula 1, Cars, RC Aviation, Recumbent cycling, Justyn and Tanyas 1964 classic Mini 1275 GT, Raising money for Maternity Fund at NUH in Norwich.

Vernon Chambers Apprentice Bodyshop Technician

Vernon joined us as a valeter in 2007. He showed such enthusiasm in his work he was offered the chance to train alongside Justyn Greentree (Bodyshop Guru!)and grabbed at the opportunity. Since then he has shown fantastic promise in achieving his dream of being a fully trained Bodyshop Technician.

Jeff Hewitt Senior Valeter

Jeff joined us in 2005. With over 15 years in vehicle preparation he is the voice of experience in this very technical job. His knowledge allows us to prepare our stock better than anyone else and the level of cleanliness is kept very high thanks to Jeff.

David Cason Valeter

Dave joined Greentrees in 2006 and has shown us he knows the meaning of clean. Dave is Qualified in Supagard application and is in charge of keeping our stock caravans and motorhomes in tip top condition

Steve Roberts Valeter

Steve is a superb success story for Greentrees. He joined us on a one day release from a local day centre in 1992 and over the next ten years he impressed us so much we decided to employ him full time and allowed him to be able to afford to have his own flat in Dereham and now fully integrates into the community - and all this because we gave him the time to give him a chance to prove himself.
