Ref 007: Microwave mounting problems in single axle Unicorns
It has come to our attention that some of the microwaves in single axle Unicorns have been badly mounted at Bailey. We would ask our customers with these caravans to contact our Service department so we can have a look and make any necessary modifications to ensure the microwave is securely mounted.

Ref 004: Thetford Spinflo cooker knobs
It has come to our attention that some customers are finding that the hob burners on the latest generation of Thetford Spinflo cookers will not stay alight.
Our inhouse investigations have found that it is the plastic knob which is at fault.

Ref 003: Blocked Fixed Regulators: We have the solution!!
Most of you will be aware of the ongoing problems with fixed gas regulators becoming blocked on caravans and motorhomes in recent years.
Once the fixed regulator becomes blocked they cannot be fixed as they are a sealed unit. And they are not covered by warranty even if it happens on your brand new vehicle!!
